Terms and Conditions
Fundraising events must be held Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday at 6:00pm, 6:30pm or 8:30pm, excluding school holidays.
Each guest will receive complimentary junior popcorn upon arrival. Additional candy bar items can be arranged at discounted rates:
Choctop - $3.50ea
Junior soft drink - $3.50ea
600mL drink or Pump water - $4.50ea
Candy items must be booked in advance. You need to provide your guests with a candy voucher that they can exchange at the Candy Bar for their selected items.
Cinema size can be changed to fit with your total number of guests. We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice to change cinemas. No changes to bookings can be made after that time and the full hire price will be charged.
Our discounted fundraising rates only apply to films that have been released for 10+ days. Blockbuster pricing applies for new release films.
The cinema will be booked under your nominated group name and you will need to either provide your guests with tickets that you have printed or have a guest list. It is your responsibility to monitor the tickets or guest list on the night.
Full payment for the cinema is due 10 days prior to your event.
